Alfa Solutions provides software development, design, and digital services as agreed in individual project proposals or contracts. The scope, timeline, and cost of each engagement are defined in a written agreement before work commences.
Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables created specifically for a client become the property of that client. Alfa Solutions retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any required content or assets. Delays caused by late client input may affect the project timeline and are not the responsibility of Alfa Solutions.
Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Typically a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Alfa Solutions reserves the right to pause or withhold delivery of work if payments are overdue.
The number of revisions included in a project is specified in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be charged at our standard hourly rate.
We treat all client information as confidential. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA upon request before a project begins.
Alfa Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the appropriate courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
